My Story
December 2016, I decided to become a consultant after hosting my first SCENTSY party! I had the party in October 2016 and when I received my first warmer, I fell in love! The items are like a piece of art. I became addicted and wanted more warmers for my home. I thought to myself, why not become a consultant, it only would costs $99 to join and I could start paying of debt which was taking over and stressing me out.
However, taking on Scentsy meant taking on another job when I was already a full-time high school teacher, the varsity tennis coach at my school, student council advisor, travel baseball lead fundraising mom for my son's team and many other mini jobs along the way for either my school or my boy's schools. In addition I also wanted to earn more money so that my children and husband got the things they deserved too. I decided to give Scentsy a chance and I love my decision!!!
We are slowly but surely getting out of some debt (everyone has some right) and my children love helping me out with this business as well. I don't feel as though I need to sell the products because the products sell themselves. The excitement when I placed my first order as a consultant let me know that being apart of the Scentsy industry was my calling. I love ever minute of this job and I am still maintaining all my other job titles as well.
HOWEVER, my title with Scentsy has increased and I am currently a SUPERSTAR CONSULTANT and i've only been with the company for a 1 year. I traveled to Kansas City, Missouri this past July 2017 and my business took off after attending my first Scentsy Convention. I currently have 7 other team members and each day I love working with them and helping them grow as consultants. In addition I also earned a free incentive trip from SCENTSY to the Mediterranean (Spain, Italy and France) on a Royal Caribbean Cruise for both my husband and I, (including free flights) and will be sailing away this June 2018! I will also be walking the stage at convention this year in Anaheim, California where I will receive an "ANNUAL SALES" Reward. Scentsy has changed my life and I can't wait to see what the future holds for me and my family as I continue this journey.
